We offer FREE Shipping on orders $70 and above including all products shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. If your order is less than $70, flat-rate shipping is just $5.95. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

Tikes Bikes does not charge sales tax on any product, regardless of what state we ship to, saving you more money.

SECURE METHODS OF PAYMENT

Tikes Bikes offers 7 methods of payment: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Cirrus, and Paypal. All payment methods are secure and PCI Compliant, ensuring your payment card security.

Once you submit your order, the payment is immediately authorized by our PCI Compliant vendor and Tikes Bikes does not have access to your credit card information. Please read our security documents for more information about PCI Compliance.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We want satisfied customers that leave us glowing reviews. If that means a product doesn't work for your child, that's okay!

We are happy to accept exchanges and returns on new, unassembled products in their original packaging mailed back to us within 30 days of your order fulfillment date.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We won't charge you a restocking fee and you will receive a prompt refund (minus any paid shipping charges).

If your product has been assembled or the product is not in its original packaging (including all parts bags), we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

If your product has been assembled and used but has mechanical problems, we will help you with replacement parts or facilitate warranty claims when you contact us at support@tikesbikes.com.
