Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want satisfied customers that leave us glowing reviews. If that means a product doesn't work for your child, that's okay!

We are happy to accept exchanges and returns on new, unassembled products in their original packaging mailed back to us within 30 days of your order delivery date. (For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, returns need to be received by January 15.)  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We won't charge you a restocking fee and you will receive a prompt refund (minus any paid shipping charges).

Shipping costs paid with original order are non-refundable.

If your product has been assembled or the product is not in its original packaging (including all parts bags), or has any defects, cosmetic or otherwise, we will at our discretion charge a 20% restocking fee.

Remember: Calling us to resolve an issue will result in the best possible outcome when it comes to replacements, returns or exchanges.

If your product has been assembled and used but has mechanical problems, we will help you with replacement parts or facilitate warranty claims when you contact us at support@tikesbikes.com. 

Warranty Policy

Boot Scoot Bikes: Defective parts will be replaced within 30 days of purchase.
Early Riders: 2 year manufacturers warranty.
EzyRoller: 6 month warranty against workmanship or defects.
FirstBIKE: Lifetime warranty on frame, fork and wheels and 5-year warranty on the remaining parts.
Glide Bikes:  Lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, for the lifetime of the original owner. 
Kazam Bikes: 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Kinderbikes: Lifetime warranty on frame and 1 year warranty on original parts.
Kinderfeets: 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
LIKEaBIKES: 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
PlaSmart: 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Strider Bikes: 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The warranty is limited to riders weighing less than 50 lbs. The Strider serial number needs to be registered to activate the warranty.
Wishbone Products: 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects.
