    • Orders ship around 1-2 business days after the order is placed, depending upon brand ordered. The BYK, Ridgeback, Saracen, Yedoo, Muna and MOTO brands are stocked in-house and ship the quickest.
    • Transit time is 2-6 BUSINESS days from the date the order is shipped, this does not include the day it is dispatched, weekend days or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your order. 
    • Cut-off for 2-Day shipping is 12 noon Pacific. 2-Day orders received after the cut-off ship the following business day.
    • For some brands, we use warehouses all over the U.S. so orders may be shipping from one or more locations, and it may take an additional 1-2 days to provide tracking
    • Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, except in the event of a product defect for which there is no remedy.
    • Once our shipping carrier confirms your order was delivered to the address you provide in your order, it is no longer our responsibility. If you cannot find your order once it's been delivered, please contact us within 3 days from the time your order was delivered. We will then help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier although we will not send another order to you until the claim has been processed and completed by the shipping carrier. This can take up to 15 days. 
    • Please note: Black plastic discs protecting the axle nuts are not part of any bike, they are temporary protection. Please do not call to return a bike because these protective pieces are cracked or broken. Throw them away.
