Refund policy

We want satisfied customers that leave us glowing reviews. If that means a product doesn't work for your child, that's okay!

We are happy to accept exchanges and returns on new, unassembled products in their original packaging mailed back to us within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We won't charge you a restocking fee (unless bike has been assembled or used) and you will receive a prompt refund.

If your product has been assembled or the product is not in its original packaging (including all parts bags), we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

If your product has been assembled and used but has mechanical problems, we will help you with replacement parts or facilitate warranty claims when you contact us at support@tikesbikes.com.
