The angled valve stem makes inflation so easy on small 12" balance bike and stroller wheels! No more twisting and finger pinching frustration. The valve points outward as it should. Valve stem cap will be provided, but use is not recommended for tot bikes. (They do not retain air and pose a serious choking hazard)
