- Start by measuring the circumference of the upper leg, taken four finger-widths above a slightly bent knee.
- Compare the measurement with the upper leg circumference ranges in the table below.
- If your child exceeds the maximum weight for the size indicated, select the next size up. For example, if your child's upper leg circumference is 30 cm, you should select size M. But if your child weighs 28 kg, you should definitely size up to an L.
